On this floor you will find
the entertainment/family room, kitchenette, sunroom, bathroom with
shower, and full laundry room with washer and dryer. Two bedrooms
are also located here and can be seen on the bedrooms
link.
  Cozy family room has leather sofas, DVD, cable
TV, large TV, and surround sound. From here you pass to the
sunroom.
The sunroom
has a bistro table where you can enjoy your morning coffee
overlooking the lake.
 Sunroom also has 2nd full sized fridge for cold
drinks, and beach chairs and towels for your use. We are pet
friendly with owner approval.
